Motor Bikes and Bicycles in Vietnam

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is home to a huge number of bicycles and motorbikes. The estimated number of motorbikes in the city exceeds 4.5 million.

 The city government has also taken steps to enhance cycling infrastructure, such as opening a 4.8-kilometer elevated bike lane in 2020.

 Nonetheless, with a population of over 10 million, motorbikes remain the most prevalent mode of transportation in the city.
